[HIC] Important - HIC Elections Voter List

Assalamualaikum Dear Community Members,

As the deadline to submit nominations (Oct. 15th) approaches, we would like to get a headstart on preparing our voter list especially as this is also the first year that we will be implementing an electronic voting process inshaAllah!(An amendment to the bylaws was passed last year.)

It shouldn't take more than two minutes so please make sure that you do it by Oct. 20th!

Please keep in mind that there are absolutelyno provisions for proxy voting this time soit isvery importantthat we have these details beforehand.

Details/tutorials on the e-voting platformwill be sent out later, but please be assured the process is quick, easy, and completely confidential.
