[HIC] HIC Facility Access - Updated System

AssalamualaikumDear Community Members,

If you need access to HIC premises outside of normal activities and prayer times, please follow the steps below:

1. Foreach individualrequesting access, please complete thisGoogle Form:https://forms.gle/aZ7B3WPpgvTuMddA9
2. After an initial review, you will receive an invoice for an annual fee of $25.Please keep in mind that any payment that helps support operational costs of the masjidis considered a sadaqah, inshaAllah!
3. Once payment is received, the committee will conduct a final review.
4. If approved, your personal access credentials will be emailed to you.

Lastly, please be aware that access is issued per person and is non-transferable. If both husband and wife require access, they must each fill out the form and make separate payments.Sharing credentials will result in immediate deactivation with no refund.
