New Masjid Land - Under Contract
Were excited to share some wonderful news with you. Alhamdulillah! GIC has officially signed a contract to purchase approximately 2 acres of land adjacent to our current property.
This land, which includes an existing home, is located to the northeast of our campus, facing Limmer Loop.
This strategic acquisition brings tremendous benefits to our growing community:

A much-needed additional entrance and exit

Space for 100+ new parking spots

Potential for storefronts to generate income for GIC

Improved access to city utilities

Classrooms for Darul Uloom Austin Seminary
The purchase price is $900K, with a scheduled closing date of September 26, 2025.
In sha Allah, we will be arranging an Open house on 24th May (Asr to Maghrib) for the community to visit and learn more about the new property.
