Pause here and supplicate
Daily Ramadan Livestreams on Youtube at 5pm EST
Praise be to Allah, the Most High, the Most Merciful, who has granted us the privilege of witnessing another odd blessed night with the potential of being Laylatul Qadr.
The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said,
The servant is closest to his Lord during prostration, so increase your supplications therein.
Sahih Muslim 482
In the simple act of placing our forehead on the ground, we find ourselves in the closest proximity to our Creator. It is a moment of profound humility, surrender, andconnection.
As we navigate through the ups and downs of life, let us remember the power of sujood (prostration) as a means to draw nearer to Allah the Exalted and to strengthen our bond with Him.
So set aside time in the last third of the night where
Our Lord Almighty descends to the lowest heaven in the last third of every night, saying: Who is calling upon Me that I may answerhim? Who is asking from Me that I may give him? Who is seeking My forgiveness that I may forgive him?
Bukhari and Muslim
Pause in your prostrations and supplicate with the knowledge that you have a Lord who listens, understands, and responds to the sincere prayers of His servants.
*Remember to supplicate in Arabic with du'as from Quran and Sunnah. Need transliteration? Download our checklist of 5 beneficial duas to recite here.
In these final precious moments, seize also the opportunity to support M.E.C.C.A. with a generous donation knowing that "the best charity is that given in Ramadan" (Bukhari and Muslim).
Tonight, let your charity be a testament to your faith - that you carry not the dunya in your heart but in your hand.
Let it be ameans of seeking nearness to Allah the Exalted and and a source of blessings that continue to multiply beyond measure.
May Allah accept your deeds, multiply your rewards, and grant you His endless mercy and blessings on this auspicious night and always. Ameen.

I am interested in reverting to Islam but do not have a muslim community yet to teach me. Hence I want to take the class so that I can learn more, and become a muslim.
