Abu Bakr, may Allah be pleased with him, said, O Messenger of Allah, teach me what to say when I enter morning and evening.The Messenger of Allah said: O Abu Bakr! Say: O Allah, Originator of the heavens and the earth, Knower of the seen and unseen, there is no God but You, Lord and Sovereign of all things. I seek refuge in You from the evil in myself, the evil of Satan and his idolatry, and that I perpetrate evil upon myself or bring it upon another Muslim.
