Salam Alaikum All,
May Allah help us in our fast and Qiyam, and accept our good deeds.
Hadith of the week
Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said when the month of Ramadan arrived:
The month of Ramadan has come, a blessed month in which Allah Almighty has obligated you to fast. In it the gates of the heavens are opened, the gates of Hellfire are closed, the devils are chained, and in it is a night that is better than a thousand months. Thus, whoever is deprived of its good is truly deprived.

ICOB's Fundraising
Assalamu Alaikum, dear community members,
As the blessed month of Ramadan approaches, the Islamic Center of Bloomington (ICOB) invites you to join us in a special fundraising campaign to support our masjid. This is your opportunity to give for the sake of Allah, multiply your rewards during this sacred month, and invest in the future of our community.
Our masjid is a place of worship, learning, and connection, and your generous donations will help ensure that it continues to thrive for generations to come. Your contributions will go towards essential projects such as:
$50K for cemetery plots
$30K for a disabled ramp or elevator
$15K for building maintenance
$15K to cover the remaining balance for roof replacement
$10K for masjid programs
$50K towards property purchase savings
The Prophet (PBUH) said, Charity does not decrease wealth. Let us come together in these blessed days and nights to sustain and grow our beloved masjid.
Join us for a night of giving on Friday, March 7, before Isha, and give generously via Zelle ([email protected]) or Venmo (@icobtown).
May Allah reward you for your support and grant you abundant blessings this Ramadan.
Jazakum Allahu Khairan!
