Tobias Tubbs: While serving 2 life sentences without the possibility of parole (for a crime he did not commit), Tobias chose to arm himself every day. Not with a weapon but with love. Tobias became an expert in conflict resolution, irrigation/gardening, philosophy, and jurisprudence, to name a few. Tobias has been a vital part of helping Link Outside structure our rehabilitation model and establishing communal and government relationships.

Kenneth Webb: Webb is a multidisciplinary artist based in Los Angeles whose work delves deeply into themes of identity and the dynamics of power. He examines how these systems provoke human repression, inspire revolution, and foster resilience, particularly within the context of social justice. Drawing inspiration from his profound relationship with hip-hop, Webb's artistic practice is a rich tapestry of diverse mediums, styles, textures, and tempos. Webb's creative repertoire includes painting, sculpture, performance art, socially engaged public art, and film, all aimed at advocating for marginalized voices and addressing pressing social issues. Each piece he creates serves as a conduit for dialogue, challenging viewers to confront societal injustices and reflect on their own experiences. His work has garnered recognition and been featured in esteemed institutions and publications, including The New York Times, LA Times, Frieze, and The Wende Museum, all while he served a fifty-to-life prison sentence.

Gernay Quinnie: Riddled with a troubled upbringing, exposed to gang violence, and facing a life sentence by the age of 16, Gernay was forced to reinvent himself and look within. He did so remarkably by utilizing his negative experience to form into a bleeding aura of positivity to bring a change to the inner-city youth of LA. Through his first-hand experience and mental health certification in the emotional environments our youth are exposed to, Gernay is the reality of Link Outside and connects to inner-city youth to break down the school-to-prison pipeline.
