This week the carpenters continued with metal framing on the side and the back wall of the building. They also started framing on the lower level at the back of the building. Plumbers are continuing to hang brackets in the ceiling and install some of the waterline piping. Shipsi Electric backfilled the transformer and started digging the secondary lines from the transformer towards the building. O'Rourke Steel is here working on some of the items needed to be corrected in the inspection report. The CMU walls on the elevator pit are completed. Elevator pit waterproofing will start early next week and Thompson and Foster will be here to prep the lower level floor to be poured.
