This is a final reminder to renew or sign up for your 2025 ICEB membership by April 15th to ensure your eligibility to vote in the upcoming masjid name selection. Only members as of this deadline will be permitted to participate in the voting process.

Membership is based on the calendar year it starts on January 1st and ends on December 31st. If you signed up in 2024 or earlier, you must renew your membership to remain active and eligible.

• Voting will be open only to ICEB members registered by April 15, 2025.

• The voting start date will be announced after April 15, 2025.
• Once a name is selected through voting, a special General Body meeting will be scheduled to vote on amending the bylaws to officially include the chosen name as an also known as.
• The new sign at the Masjids main entrance will be installed following the approval of the bylaws amendment.
