BIG things are happening and we're thrilled to share the momentum building around our new ICRR facility project!
MAJOR MILESTONES JUST HIT
City Approved! Our irrigation meter got the green light and the permit fee is officially paid!
Water is on the way! In Shaa Allah, the water meter will be installed next week a vital step toward powering our future space!
Parking Lot Complete! Final payment made to Chasco Construction a huge shoutout to them for a job well done!
Site Plan = 80% DONE! We're closing in on full completion, and the vision is becoming reality.
5 Design Bids Received! Architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing pros are ready to help us build our dream and were carefully reviewing all offers.
Target Date Set! We aim to award the winning bid by July 25, 2025 stay tuned!
