Give Zakat al-Fitr to Support Those in Need
Zakat al-Fitr is an essential act of charity that purifies the fasting person and helps provide for those less fortunate. It is an obligation on every Muslim who is able to give, ensuring that all can celebrate Eid with dignity.
Remember, Zakat al-Fitr must be given before the Eid prayer. Make your contribution during Ramadan to allow time for distribution before Eid.
Who Should Give?
Every Muslim, regardless of age or gender, who has the means is obligated to pay Zakat al-Fitr. The head of the household typically pays on behalf of all family members.
When to Give?
Zakat al-Fitr is given at the end of Ramadan. Ensure you donate in time to support those in need.
Why Give?
Your contribution helps ensure that everyone can enjoy a dignified Eid celebration.
