Eid Greetings and Message from the President of Jam e Masjid Islamic Center
May you be well throughout the year.
Assalaamu Alaikum!
On behalf of the Board of Trustees, I convey our heartfelt Eid Mubarak to our entire JMIC family.
May Allah swt shower His choicest blessings upon you and your loved ones, and may He grant you the highest level of happiness and joy on this auspicious day.
We ask Allah swt to make us from the winners of Jannah and bless us to witness Ramadan again for many years to come,
Ameen.
This happy occasion is also an opportunity to express our deep appreciation and gratitude for the encouragement and support of all our donors and well wishers around the community. A special mention needs to be made to all our volunteers who helped us with everything, from coordinating the parking to organizing our iftars and who worked diligently to keep Taraweeh prayers running smoothly every night.
Jazakum Allahu Kheiran to our staff for all of their efforts, who went above and beyond while they were fasting to keep the community informed and provide diverse programming.
Taqabbal Allahu minna wa minkum
May Allah accept it (good deeds) from us and you
Let us pray that Allah swt accepts all our ibaadah and efforts during the Ramadan and grants us peace, prosperity, progress, and above all, the tawfique to continue to serve humanity with all the means He has granted to us.
May Allah swt be our constant Guide and Protector at all times Allahuma Ameen.
As we learned in this Ramadan, we have to anchor this future in living and loving Islam, and standing up firmly for truth and justice. We also need to inculcate these values in our youth and future generations. Standing proudly for our values and never allowing ourselves to be marginalized or pushed to be second-class citizens.
We would like to also extend our appreciation to Shaykh Abdurrahman, Imam Basel Hamdeh, Br Tanveer Ahmad, Sheikh Mujahid ,Shaykh Rachid Aimour & Imam Mohammad Adouha for their beautiful recitation leading our Taraweeh prayers.
