Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh,

We hope and pray everyone is doing well, inshahAllah.  What a wonderful day we had yesterday at the Ground Breaking Ceremony for the upcoming Extension Project.  It was great to have such amazing attendance Alhamdulilah and we look forward to this level of continued engagement and participation with the Community, inshahAllah. May Allah (SWT) make things easy for all of us and our community, Ameen. 

Jazakum Allahu khayran and thank you to all of the volunteers, the Fundraising Committee, and the Extension Committee for all your hard work and dedication.

Eid Prayer (Friday, June 6th, 2025) 

As we confirmed last week, Eid Al-Adha will be this coming Friday June 6th, 2025, from 8AM - 9AM, inshahAllah, and will be held at the Cataraqui Arena, 1030 Sunnyside Rd, Kingston ON K7L 4V4. The Takbeerat will start at 8:00AM**,** the Bayan (Sermon) will be at 8:15AM, and Salah will be at 8:30AM.

There will also be Eid Prayer offered at the Canadian Force Base (CFB) Mercy Musallah at the Multi-Faith Chapel, 33 Lundy's Lane.  The Takbeerat will start at 7:45AM, and the Salad will begin at 8:00AM, inshaAllah.

Important Reminders for Eid Day: 

• Please arrive early to ensure access to parking on site.
• Please ensure to comply with the parking attendants and please follow the directions provided.
• Please bring a prayer mat with you.
• Please consider carpooling with friends and family. 

ISK Eid Family Picnic (Saturday, June 7th, 2025)

ISK will be hosting a Free Eid Family Picnic at Grass Creek Park, 12PM - 4PM on Saturday, June 7th, 2025. Please bring your own lawn chairs, water bottles, and sun protection, inshaAllah.
