As we approach the blessed occasion of Eid ul-Adha this Friday, June 6, 2025, we extend our warmest greetings to you and your families. This sacred time reminds us of the values of sacrifice, gratitude, and unity, and we are truly honored to celebrate it together.

From volunteering efforts to contributions that help uplift those in need, your dedication embodies the spirit of Eid ul-Adha.

Dear ICCD Community,

As we prepare for the joyous occasion of Eid ul-Adha, we reflect on the beautiful Sunnah of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), who encouraged the entire communitymen, women, and childrento gather and perform Eid prayers in an open space outside the masjid.

This tradition fosters unity, strengthens bonds, and allows the entire Muslim community to celebrate together under the sky, just as it was practiced during the time of our Prophet (peace be upon him). It is a moment of spiritual connection, communal joy, and deep gratitude for the countless blessings Allah has bestowed upon us.

The ICCD management had planned to hold this years Eid ul-Adha prayer outdoors in accordance with this Sunnah. However, due to the weather forecast predicting rain on Eid day, we have decided to keep the prayer at the ICCD masjid to ensure the comfort and safety of our community.

We invite you to join us in celebrating this blessed day together at the masjid. Let us come together as one Ummah to uplift our hearts, praise Allah, and share in the happiness of Eid with our families and neighbors.

May this Eid ul-Adha bring peace, joy, and endless blessings to all.
