Eid Day Program & Zakat-ul-Fitra
Salaam Alaikum,
We are excited to share program details for Eid Day.
Eid Day is expected to be on Monday March 31st. We will send out an email with confirmation of moon sighting.
We look forward to seeing all families come together to celebrate!
Please Note:
- During the short break, after Eid salaat tea and tabarruk will be served. You are requested not to bring breakfast items.
- The partition will be partially open during the Eid Celebration play so everyone is requested to observe hijab.
Fitra for this year has been set to $10 per head. Fitra becomes wajib when the new moon of Shawwal is sighted and must be paid prior to Eid Namaaz. It is payable by every Baligh person for oneself and all dependents, temporary or otherwise, regardless of gender and age. It is also Mustahab to pay Fitra for an unborn child.
Payments can be made via the link below or there will also be collection boxes for zakat ul fitra at the center for your convenience on Eid Day.

We will be recognizing children aged 10 and under who have been fasting this Ramadhan. Please have your child color this page and hand it to Sakina Salemohamed by Saturday March 29th. Children will be recognized on Eid Day!
Ramadhan Fund
This Ramadhan, we are collaborating with Al Ayn to launch a special fundraising campaign raising money for our Ramadhan Fund to support our daily costs, while also providing vital aid to needy families in Iraq.
