Respected Community Members,
As-Salamu 'Alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh,
Eid al-Fitr Mubarak to you all and your families!
The Islamic Shariah Council of Northern California, "Central Hilal Committee" (www.HilalCommittee.org) had declared that the Hilal (moon) has not been sighted and Ramadan will complete 30 days In Sha Allah. Therefore, the first day of Shawwal and Eid al-Fitr will be Monday, March 31st, 2025.
On Monday, Eid prayer will be held at Masjid al-Huda with the English talk commencing at 9:00am followed by Eid Prayer at 9:30am.
May Allah allow for us to take advantage of the remaining blessed night and day of Ramadan, bless us all, accept all of our ibadah, and make us among those whom Allah has granted his mercy, his forgiveness, and his protection from the hell fire. Ameen!
Jazakum-Allahu Khayran.
