Eid-ul-Adha will be on Monday, June 17th -
Dhul Hijjah Annoucement
The new crescent moon (hilal) of Dhul-Hijjah was NOT sighted. Therefore, the month of Dhul-Qadah will complete with 30 days, and the first day of the month of Dhul-Hijjah will be Saturday, June 8th.
The blessed day of Eid-ul-Adha (the 10th of Dhul-Hijjah) will be on Monday, June 17th.
It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “There are no days on which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than these ten days...” Narrated by al-Bukhari, 2/457.
