EPIC BOD Elections 2024 - Election Date Moved to February 4, 2024

As mentioned in an earlier email by the Election Commission, we observed a week delay in candidate verification process due to technical issues with the background check system. Therefore, the election commission has to move the election date by a week. Here are the new dates.
· Candidates Meet and Greet: Friday January 26, 2024 (Maghreb to Isha)
· Absentee Ballot Request Dates: Monday January 29 to Friday Feb 2, 2024
· Absentee Ballot Submission Deadline: Friday Feb 2, 2024 by 11:59pm CST
· Early Voting Start Date: Wednesday Jan 31 to Friday Feb 2, 2024(Maghreb to Isha)
· Election Day: Sunday Feb 4, 2024 (9am to 5pm CST)
