May Allah accept our du'a

Assalamu'alykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,

Dear Brothers and Sisters:

Some of you might be aware that our dear sister Aisha Elahi, who served many roles at Dar-us-Salaam, including vice-principal at Al-Huda School for around 20 years, was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in Ramadan of 2023. Now, her test has entered a new phase. After pursuing treatment over the last two years, her cancer has spread, and she has recently entered into home hospice.

During these blessed days and nights in this blessed month, when prayers are answered and mercy descends in abundance, we humbly request you to remember Sister Aisha in your duas. May Allah grant her complete shifa, ease her pain, forgive her sins, and shower His infinite mercy upon her. May He grant strength and patience to her family during this difficult time.

"And when My servants ask you concerning Me, indeed I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me." (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:186)

"The supplication of a Muslim for his (Muslim) brother in his absence will certainly be answered. Every time he makes a supplication for good for his brother, the angel appointed for this particular task says: `Ameen! May it be for you, too'."  [Muslim].

During this sensitive time, the family requests no visits or phone calls, but they sincerely ask for your du'as and support.

Jazakumullahu Khairan for your prayers.
