Donate to Dar-us-Salaam this Dhul Hijjah

Asalaamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh,

Every year, thousands of Muslims offer Udhiya/Qurbani after Eid-ul-Adha Salah as an act of worship to glorify Allah. Part of the ritual includes giving one third portion of the meat of the animal to people in need, so that they can feel included in the community and enjoy the days of Eid along with everyone else.

While it’s fine to donate meat overseas, Dar-us-Salaam strives to uphold the Sunnah of giving to the local people in need. That’s why we set up fridges and freezers onsite at Dar-us-Salaam for you to drop off your portion for the needy of your Udhiya/Qurbani this Eid!

Dar-us-Salaam Meat Collection Dates:

Friday, June 6: 11 am — 10 pm

Saturday, June 7: 9 am — 10 pm

Sunday, June 8: 9 am — 10 pm

Important Note: Please cut and place the meat in small bags, and put them in the freezers located onsite at Dar-us-Salaam. Placing the meat in small bags ensures that your donations reach many more people.
