Dar-us-Salaam extends its warmest congratulations to our community on the beginning of the month of Dhul Hijjah and the 10 most blessed days of the year! May Allah accept the Hajj of those honored to be on that journey, alleviate the suffering of our brothers and sisters in Palestine and around the world, and make this a time of drawing closer to Him and forgiveness for us all, Ameen 🤲🏼🕋

Qurbani Meat Collection: Are you offering Qurbani this year? Drop off your portion for the needy at Dar-us-Salaam! Simply cut and place the meat in small bags, and put them in the freezer located onsite at Dar-us-Salaam. Placing the meat in small bags ensures that your donations reach many more people. Jazakum Allahu Khairan!
Join our Qur’an Institute’s Dhul Hijjah Challenge HERE!
Join us for Arafah Day Community Iftar on Saturday, June 15 at 8:20 PM onsite at Dar-us-Salaam! Feed the fasting and get double the rewards by Sponsoring our Iftar!
Eid ul-Adha Salah will be held in collaboration with PGMA at Eleanor Roosevelt High School on Sunday, June 16. There will be two prayer times: 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM. Please bring your prayer mats!
What else is happening in DUS?
DUS Youth presents Tea with Imam Sabri! Come & ask all the questions you’ve ever wanted to ask, and join us for some Boba and snacks! Saturday, June 8 at the Dar-us-Salaam Musallah: Sisters 6-7 PM, Brothers 7-8 PM. Open to all youth in High School and College.
Join DUS Youth’s Qur’an Study program Ash-Shifaa, held in the Dar-us-Salaam Musallah every Friday at 7 PM as they discuss gems from the Qur’an. Open to all Youth aged 13+
