Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh,
We wish to confirm that our upcoming April 6th Constitution Amendment meeting is valid under the 2007 IAA Constitution.
Our attorney has reviewed Articles 10 and 12, concluding that the founders intended a second meeting to proceed without needing to re-establish the 30% quorum if the first attempt fell short of requirements.
Key Points:
Attorney Review: Legal counsel fully supports holding the April 6th meeting, citing Article 10.4.3 as the provision allowing us to reconvene without new quorum constraints.
No Shortcut: The final vote will still follow all constitutional safeguards. No amendment can pass unless it meets the constitutions requirements.

Date/Time: April 6th, Sunday at 2:15 P.M.
Location: IAA Main Prayer Hall
Purpose: Cast the final vote on proposed amendments.
