We pray this message finds you and your families in the best of health and imn.
We would like to share an important update regarding our Youth and Education Director, Ustadh Moneeb. After three years of dedicated service to our masjid and community, Ustadh Moneeb has informed us of his decision to take the next step in his career which would require the resigning of his full time position at IALFM.
We sincerely wished to have retained Ustadh Moneeb and we made every effort to do so with a recent contract renewal, pay increase, and reassurance to him that we believed him to be the best investment for IALFM's continued growth and success. However despite this he still felt that this was the right time to accept a new leadership position. We congratulate him on taking this significant next step in his professional journey and we make du for his continued success.
We will shortly begin the process of identifying a suitable full-time candidate to continue serving our youth and expanding our educational programs. If you know of suitable candidates for this position, please send their information to the BoD or our Careers Committee at [email protected].
We ask for your du and support as we begin this next chapter of growth and development, and we will keep you updated as the search progresses.
