A great opportunity for parents to build community and engage in activities for the kids to learn our deen! 
 

Womens Islamic Wellness Workshop Aug 11 at Yaseen Burlingame Center!

The goal of the program is to provide women an accurate and holistic approach to decreasing stress, increasing a sense of control, and recognizing the signs of when things don't feel right. Sr Pakeeza will go over an easily digestible overview on our different hormones that promote positive feelings, and how to manage them through the Quran & Sunnah. There will be hands-on activities for the women to participate in.

Join us for a community hike on

Sunday, August 11 at 5:45 PM
Hallmark Park in Belmont 
to explore and appreciate nature.
The hike will last about an hour and is stroller-friendly. Don't forget to wear comfy shoes, bring water, and apply sunscreen!

 

New Playroom at YBC!

Were thrilled to announce the transformation of our Unity meeting room into a vibrant multipurpose childrens playroom, thanks to the vision and dedication of Sister Kitti Hussain. This welcoming space will enhance our weekly Toddler & Tea program and provide babysitting opportunities for regular programs, events, and Ramadan prayers. We look forward to seeing the joy and excitement this new room will bring to our youngest members and their families. Stay tuned for more updates and join us in celebrating this wonderful addition to the YBC community!
