At WNY Muslims, we are committed to the values of diversity, awareness, and service. We strive to unite communities across lines of religion, ethnicity, language, color, race, and ideology. Our annual events, such as the Eid Carnival, Chaand Raat (Night of the Moon), Diversity Cruise, and Global Hijab Day, foster community connections. Our collaboration with Buffalo Urban Renewal Agency (BURA) and the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) for the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) allows us to support families financially impacted by COVID-19. Recently, we launched Olive Tree Family Services (OTFS) to assist families and youth in need. We continue to work with student groups, marginalized communities, and social welfare organizations to enhance the quality of life for all.
