Inna lil-laahi Wa inaa-ilayhi Raji'oon - Verily to Allah We Belong and to Him We Shall Return

As-Salamu’alaykum Warahmatullahi wabarakatuh,

It's with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of family members of Brother Harriwan. Brother Harriwan is a beloved member of the Clifton Mosque community.

" إِنَّا لِلَّٰهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُون In the name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful, "We belong to Allah and to Him do we return." Dear brothers and sisters, It is with heavy hearts that we share with you a somber moment in the Greater Binghamton Muslim community of Southern Tier. Just moments after Maghrib on January 16, 2024, they received the devastating news of the untimely departure of five beloved sisters from their Kurdish community. These sisters, who had embarked on a journey of Umrah, were tragically called back to the Heavens by the decree of Allah (SW) less than an hour away from their homes. During this difficult time, we ask each and every one of you to remember these departed souls in your Dua. May Allah (SW) grant them peace and elevate their status in the Hereafter. Jazakum Allahu Khairan." - statement from family

Please make Dua for the departed souls. May Allah SWT shower all these beautiful souls with Mercy and grant them the highest place in Jannat-ul-Firdaus. May Allah give sabr to the bereaved family, Ameen.
