Celebrating Our Achievements and Setting New Goals
Dear ICCD Community, Assalamu Alaykum
I hope this message finds you well. It has been an incredibly productive three years for our management team, and I am delighted to share our journey and our vision for the future with you.
First, I would like to share the good news with you, Alhamdu le Allah and with your support, a few days ago we purchased another adjacent strategic property located at 2541 E Church St.
Over the past three years, we have successfully accomplished several key milestones, to mention a few:

Replaced the entire damaged building roof.

Replaced the broken HVAC system with a brand new one.

Purchased the property at 485 Good Ave

Purchased the property at 459 Good Ave

Purchase the property at 2561 Church St.

Hired a full time Imam/Mufti.

Held a successful 2023 fundraising dinner with over 1000 members
record attendance, and raised over a half million dollars ma shaa Allah.

Established a youth program

Built a summer time outdoor soccer field and basketball court for the youth to play and a computer lab to study.

Negotiated and signed a major contract with the local cemetery at a very discounted price, offering 50% savings to our community members.

And recently, just purchased the fourth property in less than 3 years located at 2541 E Church St.
Looking ahead, our goal for the next year is to build on this momentum and work closely with each of you to achieve even greater success to benefit our community.
