We need volunteers each night to help us make Ramadan a great experience for everyone. There are many ways you can help, including bringing homemade or store-bought baked goods for our nightly bake sale! Just click the button below and choose the date(s) and time(s) you can volunteer. VOLUNTEER WITH THE IC THIS RAMADAN
PROVIDE SWEETS FOR OUR BAKE SALES
Join us every night in Ramadan for a community iftar dinner to break your fast. Taraweeh prayers will be held after Isha prayer every night of this blessed month. Ramadan at the IC is open to everyone! It doesnt matter if you've never been to the IC or have been here for years, whether you're fasting or not, if you are Muslim or come from another faith tradition (or none), we welcome everyone! Its all part of what makes the experience at the Islamic Center unique, and what will make your Ramadan in NYC unforgettable.
ICNYU Green Ramadan
BRING YOUR OWN WATER BOTTLE! ICNYU will be continuing with our Green Ramadan this year. In order to cut down on waste, we will not be providing cups. Please bring a reusable water bottle and do your part by helping us properly compost and recycle.
Community Access Form
If you are not a current NYU student, faculty, or staff member, you must request in-person access via our Building Access Form before arriving. If the form is not submitted, you will not be able to enter the IC building.
Upon arrival, all visitors will be required to present a physical, government-issued photo ID to gain access to the IC building. Digital copies will not be accepted. No exceptions.
