Call for Volunteers: ICM Kitchen Committee
Paving the Way to Enlightened Hearts!
Dear Community Members,
Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh
We are excited to announce the formation of a dedicated ICM Kitchen Committee to oversee and enhance our community kitchen operations. Our kitchen currently serves Friday lunches, Sunday breakfasts, caters center events, and provides catering services for external functions. With your involvement, we aim to elevate these services to new heights and create additional value for our community.
Committee Purpose
The committee will be responsible for:
- Strategic oversight of all kitchen operations
- Implementing quality improvements and expanding current services
- Managing financial planning and performance of kitchen operations
- Developing innovative initiatives to better serve our community needs
- Ensuring full compliance with food safety regulations and best practices
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking dedicated individuals with skills in at least one of these areas:
- Experience in restaurant/food service management
- Background in accounting or financial management
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Creative thinking and effective problem-solving skills
- Enthusiasm and demonstrated commitment to community service
Time Commitment
This role requires an average of 5-10 hours per week. Committee members should be ready not only to contribute ideas but also to actively implement solutions and drive improvements forward.
