But to keep up with the many added expenses during the holy month when attendance is more than triple what we see in other months, we humbly ask for your early support to cover added staff, heating/cooling, security, and many more operational expenses.
And, as a small token of our esteem & affection, you will receive a complimentary refillable MCC water bottle to use throughout Ramadan.
Just show your emailed donation receipt to a Board Member, who will be tabling in the foyer after all MCC Jumu'ahs in February.

Stargazing for The Ramadan Moon
The Tri-Valley Stargazers
Friday, February 28 | 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Join us in the MCC parking lot at sunset and join in the excitement when, insha'Allah, the new crescent moon (hilal) ushers in the holy month of Ramadan.
We will have halal food trucks in the MCC parking lot. Come early with your family to grab a yummy dinner. Then, join our local astronomy club, which will bring high-visibility telescopes to peer into the evening sky at planets and constellations.
Also, for boys & girls ages 6-11, MCC's High School Committee will be doing Ramadan crafts & talks right after the youth Jumu'ah ends at 3 p.m. RSVP here.

Based on moonsighting after Maghrib on Friday evening, the first night of indoor MCC Tarawih prayers begins at 8 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 28.

Zakat & Fitrah
This Ramadan, MCC humbly asks you to invest your Zakat with us so we can positively affect more Bay Area families this year.
Also, please pay your required Zakat ul-Fitr as early as you can for each member in your household (infant to elderly) so MCC can distribute before Eid to the deserving families in the Bay Area that we are so honored to serve:
