Friday, March 1st at 6 pm
Join us this Friday, March 1st, after Maghrib (6 pm) for an enlightening panel discussion and a Q&A session on the Fiqh of Fasting.
We are happy to have Ustadha Rasha El-Badry, Ustadh Tariq Patanam, and Shaykh Saad ElHelaly with us to guide us through the spiritual and practical aspects of fasting.
This is a great opportunity to deepen your understanding and prepare for the blessed month of Ramadan.

Ramadan Masjid Clean-Up
Sunday, March 3rd | 3 pm - 8 pm
Let's ensure that our beloved masjid is in its best possible condition for the holy month of Ramadan. We'll be cleaning and organizing different areas of the Masjid. Everyone is welcome to join, and we'll provide all the necessary cleaning supplies.
Ramadan Masjid Decorating
March 8th | 5 pm - 9 pm
Let's beautify our masjid and make it more welcoming and inviting for everyone who visits during Ramadan. We'll decorate different areas with colorful banners, artwork, and other decorations. We welcome your creativity and ideas for how we can make our masjid look even more beautiful.
Volunteer This Ramadan
If you were unable to join us for the volunteer orientation last Saturday, you were certainly missed, but not to worry! It's not too late to become part of this rewarding experience. Here is the sign-up list with available slots and roles. We would be grateful to have you contribute in any way you can.

As we eagerly anticipate the arrival of the month of Ramadan, now less than 10 days away, we're happy to share that 7 out of our 12 community Iftars have already been sponsored! Now, were reaching out for your support to sponsor the remaining 5 Iftars.

Verses of Serenity with Shaykh Mohamed Jebril
Friday, March 15th at 9 pm
Join us for a spiritually uplifting night with the renowned Egyptian Quran reciter, Shaykh Mohamed Jebril, at SALAM.
Shaykh Jebril, celebrated for his heartfelt Quran recitations, has been leading Tarawih prayers since 1988. A distinguished alumnus of Al-Azhar University, he holds a B.A. in Sharia and Law and has served as a lecturer and religious program author in Jordan.
We look forward to welcoming you to this special Taraweeh night.
Sister's Qiyam Night
Saturday, March 16th, 10:30 pm - Fajr
Join us for a special and transformative Sisters Qiyam Night on Saturday, March 16th with Dr. Rania Awaad, a renowned figure in the field of mental health and Islamic psychology.
The Qiyam will include a mix of engaging activities, prayers, and insightful speaking sessions tailored for both youth and adults. We will also come together for Suhoor and will end the night at Fajr.

Care4Converts Iftars
Wednesdays
Care for Converts (C4C) is a SALAM program dedicated to the support of new Muslims and those interested in Islam in the Sacramento area. We provide a safe place to learn and discuss matters related to Islam and being Muslim.
Every Wednesday in Ramadan, C4C provides iftars for reverts (new shahadas), many of whom have no Muslim family to share a meal with. These iftars are designed to build Islamic relationships, learn about our deen, and develop a strong Muslim Identity.
