**Annual General Membership Meeting
and Board Election Voting**

Join us for our 4th ALL VIRTUAL Annual General Membership meeting with updates from the Board on the 2023 ICSC accomplishments, 2024 strategic goals, and finances.
Eligible voting members have already received their election package. If you choose to vote by mail, please deposit your completed ballot in the mail sufficiently in advance of the annual meeting to ensure delivery on or before February 10th, 2024.

We appreciate your participation in the General Membership Meeting to vote on our 2024 Board and Nominating Committee Members and approve the proposed ICSC budget for 2024. During the meeting, you will hear from each of the Board candidates and witness the swearing-in of the newly elected Board members. This will also be your opportunity to ask any questions you might have.
