Masjid Parking
We have several elderly individuals in the community who find it hard to walk. Also, families with small children have difficulty as well. If you are healthy and can walk, please do not use the inside masjid parking lot to make it easier for the elderly and families with children. Allah (SWT) will reward you for this act of 'ithar' (giving preference to others). Jazakum Allahu Khairun.
Imam Candidate Visits
Since 2022, Alhamdulillah ICBCS has been blessed to have Imam Mahad Qamar serve as our Imam in a part-time capacity. While we have benefited greatly from his visits, the Board has decided to now pursue having an Imam join us full-time to better meet our community's needs.
This September, we will have two potential candidates visit us at ICBCS, Imam Shahma Hoda (9/20) and Imam Safwan Shaikh (9/26-27). We encourage you to attend their programs, and soon after both visits we will request your feedback on their candidacy for the ICBCS Imam role.
