Dear ICEB Community,

We are pleased to announce the conclusion of the ICEB President selection process for the 2025-2026 term. As part of this process, we incorporated community feedback along with our own deliberations to compile an initial list of nineteen names for consideration. Out of those, seven individuals stepped forward, sharing their vision and plans to lead our community.

We are deeply grateful to these seven individuals who took time from their busy lives to offer their dedication and ideas for the betterment of ICEB. Each of them presented strong plans and would have been worthy candidates for the position, making the decision incredibly difficult for us. After careful deliberation, the Shura Delegates have selected Br. Mohamed Raffie Sheik Ameer as the ICEB President for the 2025-2026 term.

Br. Raffie will officially assume the role on January 1, 2025, and will subsequently constitute his administration team, which will comprise six additional members. Profiles and contact information for Br. Raffie and his administration team will be shared with the community in due course.

We kindly ask the community to pray for the success of Br. Raffie and his administration, to support them in their efforts, and to help ICEB become a strong pillar of Islamic values and teachings within central Jersey.

We would also like to express our sincerest gratitude to the outgoing administration team of Br. Akhlaq Zafar for their efforts and service over the past two months, as well as to the administration team of Br. Faheem Soherwardy for their dedication and contributions during the first nine months of this year.
