Progress Video and Our Ask This Ramadan
Assalamu alaikum Dear Friend:
Over the past 15 months (after receiving revised permits from the county in December 2022), the team at Masjid Uthman has been working continuously and fervently to complete the masjid. The dome is nearly complete, windows and doors have been installed, landscaping is nearly complete, most inside roughing (plumbing, electrical, etc.) is complete, and drywall installation has started. We are weeks away from starting finishing tasks such as painting and install of fixtures. View the above progress video.
Our programs have also grown tremendously, and the new facility is urgently needed. At 135+ students in our hifz program and more than 200 in our after school programs, we have no capacity to expand classes despite increasing demand. Despite multiple Jumu’ah prayers and tarawih, every part of our facility is maxed out, and many attendees still cannot find a place to pray.
We know that you have been supporting us since the construction started in April 2017. May Allah reward you immensely for that. We need your duas and donations again this Ramadan so we can complete this last part of the construction. Contribute to a continuous charity (sadaqah jariah).
