Thats how long it has been since we stood together at our first Town Hall and shared a bold vision for the future of SRVIC.
Today, Alhamdulillah, that vision becomes a reality.
We are humbled, grateful, and thrilled to share that we have officially acquired a major new property that expands SRVICs footprint in the San Ramon Valley.
3223 Crow Canyon Roada 47,000 sq ft commercial buildingis now part of our communitys foundation.
With this acquisition, SRVIC now owns over 58,000 sq ft across three propertiesa foundational step toward building the long-term infrastructure needed to serve our growing community.
To close on a commercial building in just 124 days is extraordinary. But to do that while raising over $7 million, uniting a diverse and committed community, and navigating legal, financial, and operational hurdles? That is nothing short of a miracleand a testament to the power of dua, hard work, and Allahs infinite bounty.
This was not a project funded by a few.
This was everyones project.

Congratulations and thank you to every one of you who made dua, donated, invested, volunteered, and believed.
We still have important work ahead$2 million in interest-free seller financing to repay and shares to buy back from investorsbefore we can begin renovations and bring our full vision to life. But today is a day to celebrate.
We pray that this new building becomes a lasting source of nur and barakah for generations to come.
