Albir Ramadan Announcement and Iftar Sponsorship Opportunities
Dear Albir Community Members,
Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,
We are pleased to inform you that the start of Ramadan will be announced tomorrow after Maghreb, inshaAllah. If Ramadan begins on Saturday, we will be holding our first Tarawih prayer tomorrow night after Isha at8:00 PM. We encourage everyone to join us in this blessed act of worship as we begin this holy month together.
Iftar Sponsorship Opportunities
Alhamdulillah, we have a list of iftar sponsors for the month, but there are still opportunities to participate in this rewarding act of kindness. If you would like to sponsor a day, please respond to this email or contactBrother Abdelkabirat the masjid.
If sponsoring an entire day is not feasible, we warmly welcome contributions of any amount or the option to split a day with another family or individual. Remember, the reward of sponsoring iftar is immense, as the Prophet (peace be upon him) said:
Whoever feeds a fasting person will have a reward like that of the fasting person, without any reduction in his reward.(Tirmidhi)
