Clear your schedule and prepare for two iftar experiences! Alhuda Iftar and Fundraiser for the ILC, along with our annual iftar and fundraiser, are coming back stronger than before. This year, we've doubled the excitement with two iftar events, with two amazing keynote speakers! Come be a part of these extraordinary evenings filled with the remembrance of Allah (swt) delicious cuisine, and the spirit of giving. As the communities come together, along with Allah (swt's) help and guidance, we hold the power to create significant change.
Please join us as Alhuda has graciously allowed us to host this Fundraising Iftar on March 16th. We request the presence of the surrounding communities along with Al Salam to come and join us for a fundraiser and iftar towards building the Islamic Life Center in Carmel, Indiana.
This year we are excited to have Br. Jawaad Abdul Rahman as our keynote speaker. Br. Jawaad Abdul Rahman s an executive producer with Unity Productions Foundation, having worked on the Emmy-Nominated "Sultan and the Saint," as well as a feature animated film presented last year at Cannes entitled, "Lamyas Poem," about a refugee girl and the poet Rumi; and many other films. He is also a frequent speaker to youth groups, masjids, and community organizations.
Please keep an eye out for additional information to come out shortly, along with registration for the event. Space will be limited, but inshAllah we look forward to hosting this event and have many of you join.
Join us for our annual Iftar and Fundraiser at the 502 Event Center. This event is not possible without the help and guidance of Allah (Swt) and our generous community and surrounding Muslim Communities.
This year, we have the honor of having Shaykh Mohamed Almasmari, a prominent Shaykh in the Michigan communities, to engage us in a thought provoking and engaging keynote speech.
