Weekly Newsletter April 11th, 2nd of Shawwal 1445
Assalamualaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu Masjid,
Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, la ilaha illalah! Al Falah Center, like many of our brothers & sisters around the world, celebrated Eid-ul-Fitr on Wednesday, April 10th at the Masjid. It was a celebration to mark the successful completion of a spiritually enriching Ramadan. We were honored to have Dr. Ahmed, Br. Ibad and Br. Younus lead our three Khutbahs and to Dr. Mostafa for leading Salah.
Simultaneously we all carried thoughts of our brothers and sisters in Palestine, in our hearts. We hope to take the lessons of patience, strength and perseverance, that we learned in Ramadan, with us to continue speaking up and showing up for Palestine. May Allah bring lasting peace to the people of Palestine, Ameen!

Thank You Note from the Board of Trustees:
Alhamdullilah we are so grateful for a rejuvenating Ramadan and an invigorating day of Eid-ul-Fitr at the Masjid. Our Ramadan was made exceptional by our honorable Shuyookh: Dr. Mostafa for leading us in soothing Taraweeh every night, Dr. Ahmed for managing all religious programming at the Masjid, and all other visiting Shuyukh who graced us with their presence for weekly Khatirahs and leading Qiyaam, during the last 10 nights. We also extend our gratitude to our various committees, composed entirely of community volunteers, for their great work during Ramadan and Eid including the Events Committee, Youth Committee, Religious Coordination Committee, Media Committee, Aesthetics Committee, Sisters Committee, Reverts Committee, Filaha Committee, School committee and Zakat committee. A special shout out to the untiring efforts of our Ramadan Task Force, Tech Committee, Security Committee, and our Custodian, Br. Shams, for making this Ramadan memorable. A heartfelt thank you to our Fundraising committee for 2 successful fundraisers this month. We would also like to thank all our donors in money or in kind who helped make this Ramadan special, such as our daily tea, cookies, and sweets on the night of the khatam and beyond, bagels and doughnuts on Eid day and so much more! It warms our hearts to see all that we can accomplish when we unite and work as a team. May Allah continue to keep our hearts united, put barakah in everyone's efforts, and grant success to our Masjid and to our community in this world and the hereafter, Ameen!
