Important Message from the Outgoing Board
Assalamu Alaikum ICCG Family,
As we pass the torch to the new Board, we're proud to reflect on the remarkable progress ICCG has made over the last two years. Alhamdulillah, we've achieved significant milestones, and we're grateful for the trust and support you've shown us.
Some highlights of our term include:
Transformation from Musallah to a Community Hub ICCG is no longer just a prayer space but a center for engagement, education, and support.
Appointing a Full-Time Imam A major milestone in strengthening our religious and community life.
Successful Ramadan & Eid Activities Organized meaningful and engaging programs.
Security Upgrades Installation of gates, cameras, and improved parking for community safety.
Major Renovation Projects Including roof repairs, facility upgrades, and maintenance improvements.
Enhanced Communication Better community outreach through WhatsApp, email, and announcements.
Financial Transparency & Efficiency Improved financial tracking, yearly membership drives, and sustainable budgeting.
Democratic Leadership Transition Ensured a smooth and transparent handover to the new Board.
Promoting Environmental Sustainability Initiatives to make ICCG more eco-friendly, for example, by promoting reusable water bottles with ICCG logo, which not only helps reduce plastic water bottle usage in Ramadan but also promotes the ICCG brand.
We're humbled by the opportunity to have served ICCG and are proud of what we've accomplished together, by the grace of Allah. As we hand over the baton to the new Board, we're confident that they'll build upon our foundation.
We're particularly excited to have sown the seed for the vision of ICCG 2.0 a vibrant Islamic center and a beacon of faith for generations to come. We hope that future Boards will keep the momentum going, working closely with the community to achieve this vision.
