27 Ramadan ,1446
Inshalallah the three Santa Clarita Valley Masajid (Al-Umma Center, Islamic Center, & Unity Center) will be holding a joint Eid prayer on Sunday, March 30, 2025 (please see Flyer below for prayer details, including location).
Very important be mindful of following :
Alhamdulillah many community members & their families attended Lailat AlQadr program, which by all measures was a successful one.

Friday Prayer (03/27/2025)

Khateeb starts the Khutbah at 1:15 PM.
The Friday Prayer will be streamed live on the Masjid FB page :http://Facebook.com/AUCSCV/
Please avoid double parking, and use street parking right behind the masjid. It's only a short walk to the Masjid from that area.
Sunday School
During Ramadan, the Sunday School will meet every Sunday, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Instructions will focus on activities related to Ramadan and will involve many hands on activities
Reciting + Contemplations Sharing
During Ramadan, the Thursdays meetings will not be held. Instead, the group will be doing a Qur'an Khatm once every week, and will meet via Zoom on Sundays @ 4:00 PM to make Duaa Alkhatm. Alhamdulillah, by this Sunday, four Khatms, will have been completed

New Masjid Building Project Updates:
1. Alhamdulillah, revised plans which allow for men's and women's bathrooms and Wudu stations on the first floor (see revised plans below). The architect has developed preliminary 3D renditions of the plans, and Inshallah more detailed plans will be incorporated in recurrently obtained photos and videos of surrounding areas . (see photos below)
2. Alhamdulillah, we have submitted the completed lot line adjustment application along with all supporting documents to the City of Santa Clarita Engineering department. The application processing & review are expected to take 4 to 6 weeks.
3. We'll be starting to prepare the entitlement application to submit to the City of Santa Clarita for the new masjid building and all associated facilities
