Khutbah and Sunnahs to do for Eid
Due to issues with our email server, our previous email was sent out after our livestream aired.
Mubarak to all those who have fasted, all those who have left their beds for extra prayers, all those who have given in charity, all those who have protected their tongues from unlawful speech, and all those who have kindled the bonds of love with their families and friends. Â
Today is your day to rejoice! A day given to us from Allah the Exalted to celebrate His mercy and bounty! Â
We hope and pray that Allah, theMost Merciful, accepts all your worship and fasts that you did this holy month. May He elevate your status, bring you out of all hardships, and bless you with the best in this life and the next.
Thank you to everyone who participated in our Ramadan programs and uplifted their spirits and the spirits of their fellowbrothers and sisters by participating together with them. Thank you to those who supported in whatever way you could by making du'a, sharing the message with family & friends, and by implementing the teachings.
Thank you to all those who donated! Despite everything going on in the world, you were generous in giving, mashaAllah. If you wish to make a donation to our mission, you can do so below. May Allah reward you for it and increase you by much more than what you gave.
May your Eid be pleasant and enjoyable. May you reap the benefits of yourstriving in Ramadan for the rest of the year. Â
If you did not utilize this Ramadan as much as you would've liked to, may you become even more determined to draw nearer to Allah Almighty now as there is no despair. As long as you are alive, you have the golden opportunity to turn toour Creator.  His Mercy is ALWAYS there! Â
May the Almighty One bless you and all of your loved ones. Ameen.

Do This for Eid - Night and Day
As Ustadh Tariq reminds us last night, "our ibadah does not stop when Ramadan stops". This month has taught us what we are capable in doing so don't stop getting up for tahajjud, don't stop reading the Quran, etc. Let's fill this night with worship and exalting Allah Almighty.
Here are someother beneficial reminders for Eid for both the night and day.
Read this article from Muwasala on giving life to the night of Eid and to do the takbirs (transliteration included).
Some sunnahs to do for the day of Eid:
- Take a ghusl (purificatory bath)
- Wear your best clothes and adorn yourself moderately with perfume
- Eat an odd number of datesbefore the Eid prayer
- To give much in sadaqa (voluntary charity)Â
- To leave the Eid prayer from a different direction than you came from
- Smile (this is charity too!) and radiate with happinesswhen meeting othersÂ
We ask Allah to accept our good deeds and bless our days of Eid.
