📢 Dhul-Hijjah Update: Nueces Reconstruction
These are the most beloved days to Allah. Lets build a masjid that serves generations to come.
Assalamualaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu,
It feels like just last week we were in the final ten nights of Ramadanpouring our hearts into worship, searching for Laylatul Qadr, making dua to catch Allahs mercy.
And now, almost quietly, another window of opportunity has arrived.
The Prophet Muhammad said:
There are no days in which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than these ten days.
As we enter the holy month of Dhul-Hijjah, were excited to share the tremendous progress on the Nueces Mosque Reconstruction Project.
Construction: Site mobilization on track for December 2025
The Site Development Plan is in its final review with the City of Austin, with approval expected by July, InshaAllah. This is a major milestoneonce approved, we can finalize permits and move closer to mobilizing construction.
Finance: We are $1.5M short from our 2025 fundraising goal
These days of Dhul Hijjah are among the most blessed. If youve pledged, this is a beautiful time to begin fulfilling it, inshAllah.
May these days be filled with barakah, forgiveness, and deeds that tip the scale in our favor when we stand before Allah.
