Join our Strength Training program designed specifically for men aged 60 and above. This program focuses on compound movements to help you get stronger for a better life. You can bring a son or daughter to assist you. The class is limited to a maximum of 4 students and will meet once a week for 7 weeks, with homework assigned. The first lesson is a free trial, and subsequent sessions are $25 each, paid upfront ($150 total). Classes will be held at ICOl Village.
